Return & Refund Policy

We have taken every precaution to ensure your complete satisfaction and to provide you with the best possible online shopping experience.

We carefully prepare and ship your order according to the information provided at checkout. However, despite these precautions, there may be situations where the contents of your order do not meet your expectations.

Our return policy is valid for 15 days from the date of purchase. If more than 15 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

We ask our customers to inspect their order promptly upon receipt to make sure they have received the correct items.

Returns & Refunds

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition in which you received it. It must also be returned in its original packaging.

Certain types of products cannot be returned, including hazardous materials and flammable liquids or gases.

Additional non-returnable and non-refundable items include:

• Training courses
• Gift cards
• Certain health and personal care products
• Tweezers
• Adhesives

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will send you an email confirming receipt of the returned item. We will also notify you whether your refund has been approved or declined.

If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically credited to your original payment method within 5 business days.

Promotions

Promotional codes cannot be applied retroactively to orders that have already been placed.

Sale & Clearance Items

Only regularly priced items are eligible for refunds. Sale and clearance items are final sale and cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

We replace items only if they are defective or damaged.
