Shipping Rates

Canada
EBCP offers FREE SHIPPING across Canada on orders of $75 CAD or more, after discounts and before taxes.

Orders under $75 CAD are subject to a $10 CAD flat-rate shipping fee.

Orders are shipped Monday through Friday.

No additional customs duties or import fees apply to orders shipped within Canada.

United States
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the destination, package weight, and selected shipping service.

Applicable duties and import taxes may be collected at checkout when required.

Europe & International Orders
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the destination, package weight, and available carrier services.

Applicable duties and import taxes may be collected at checkout. When collected in advance, your order will be shipped using an eligible service to help avoid unexpected import charges upon delivery.

Processing & Delivery Times

Orders are generally processed within 1 business day, although processing times may vary depending on product availability.

Processing time does not include transit time, which varies depending on the destination and shipping service selected.

Estimated delivery times:

Canada

British Columbia & Alberta: 3–6 business days
Manitoba & Saskatchewan: 3–5 business days
Quebec & Ontario: 1–4 business days
Newfoundland & Labrador, Nova Scotia, Prince Edward Island & New Brunswick: 2–6 business days

United States: approximately 3–6 business days, depending on the selected service.

International delivery times vary by destination and carrier.

Additional delivery times or conditions may apply to remote areas.

Carrier Delays

Estimated delivery times are provided as a guideline only and are not guaranteed.

If your shipment experiences an unusual delay, please contact us at info@espacebeautecp.ca. We will open a service request with the carrier when appropriate.

Additional investigation time may be required. A replacement package cannot be shipped until the carrier confirms the status and location of the original shipment.

Tracking

All orders are shipped with a tracking number.

Once your order leaves our facility, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information so you can monitor your shipment.

Damaged Packages

If your package is delivered to a mailbox or other unattended location, please note that we cannot be held responsible for damage caused after delivery, including exposure to extreme temperatures, theft, or other environmental conditions.

Unclaimed Packages

If the carrier is unable to deliver your package, it may be held at a local pickup location or post office.

If you receive a delivery notice, please follow the instructions provided or use the tracking number sent by email to check the status of your shipment.

When collecting a package, you may be required to provide:

Government-issued photo identification

Packages must generally be collected within the timeframe specified by the carrier.

If an unclaimed package is returned to us, the order will be refunded once received, less the return shipping costs and a 10% restocking fee.

Incorrect or Incomplete Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.

If a package is returned to us because the address provided was incorrect or incomplete, the order will be refunded once the package has been received, less the return shipping costs and a 10% restocking fee.

Out-of-Stock Items

Although we make every effort to maintain accurate inventory levels, an item may occasionally become unavailable after an order has been placed.

If your order contains both available and unavailable products, we will refund the unavailable items and ship the remaining items in your order.
